Nurture-U is a research project being led by Professor Ed Watkins at The University of Exeter, alongside Cardiff University, The University of Oxford, King's College London, Newcastle University, and University of Southampton.
The program is investigating approaches to better support university students with their mental health and well being and are trialing a self-help app and online cognitive behavioural therapy.
